With an innovative scientific-poetic narrative approach, the public has the opportunity to immerse itself in a sensory experience that can transform our common perception of food.

Spanning five thematic sections, the project is configured as an immersive experience in which the public becomes an active part of the narrative, both in an individual enjoyment and in a participatory dimension and sharing with others. Each room of the exhibition is designed to activate a sensory response, capable of "awakening" our subconscious relationship with food through sound.
